Do these symptoms point to Mono?!
Question: I'm not gonna pretend I know a lot of medical information just because I looked something up on Wikipedia, but...
My symptoms came on really quick, and now I'm tired from small things like walking a few feet. I get a painful headrush/dizziness everytime I stand up or sit down, and a fever (which admittedly went down 1 degree since yesterday). I have a sore throat, which makes it hard to swallow anything. My headaches are gone but everytime I sneeze or cough there is a PAINFUL burst that lasts only a second.
I think the most important symptoms though are that the right side of my neck is really sore and painful, it hurts to even turn it a little in that direction, and it is slightly swollen.
There aren't any white patches on my tonsils though.
I can't see my doctor until Monday afternoon though, so can anyone help me relieve some of my anxiety? I just hope it's not Mono...

with mono you would be having upper left side abdominal pain, i am not saying that you do not have mono, but it sounds more like the flu to me.
Sounds like the Flu bug has got you.
