I'm sorry. Unfortunately, you will soon discover that 99% of the claims that manufacturers make are false. If you are a teenager, then the acne is hormonal. All you can do is keep your face very clean, don't use anything too drying on it since that will only increase oil production, and finally, keep your hands off your face since the hands carry a lot of bacteria. About the only thing that really works is prescription Retin A or similar.

oh, no wonder, you are using stuff that is stripping your skin of its needed natural oils, so it is producing more, thus making your condition worse. Go to the drugstore, or the grocery store, and pick up a bottle of witch hazel, located in the skin stuff aisle, or in the first aid section. Get some cotton balls, and also purchase some calendula cream, in the petroleum base, for before bed, to put on your blemishes, and it will heal them. Every time your face feels like you need to clean it during the day, dab it gently with witch hazel on the cotton balls. In the morning when you get up, and before bed, wash your face gently without a washcloth with some gentle soap, like Ivory, or Oil of Olay for sensitive skin. Before bed, dab on the calendula cream on any blemishes to promote healing... often you will see results overnight.... just be gentle and dilagent, and you will have perfect skin...
