How to get rid off of celulite by using natural products?!
Question: First let me explain the anatomy of cellulite. I will try to break it down easy. Lets start with this...
When you are very thin ALL of your skin tissue connects to your muscle.
(When you gain fat the fat goes in between the muscle and skin.)
Once you gain body fat the tissue begins to rip away from the muscle. HOWEVER, not all of the skin tissue does some little strings of tissue will hold on but since you still have the fat pushing the skin tissue away from the muscle that little strip of skin tissue still attached to the muscle will cause an indentation or a cellulite dimple.
This is why the bigger you are, the deeper to cellulite is.
AND it doesn't EVER go away. Unless by losing weight. Even then you will still have it will just become less apparent, and sometimes virtually invisible. A plastic surgeons can go in and cut the connective tissue to prevent the "dimple". Unless, its done by a surgeon if you gain the weight back the cellulite will come back.
Trust me, if there was a miracle cream I would be all over it. But there is no cream that can make that "strip" let go of the fat and skin tissue. :o(

well to answer ur question...the best thing is drinking a lot of water and doing exercise for those parts of ur body.
