An anxiety attack is someone having rapid breathing, chest pressure and rapid heart rate. you will sweat and feel just not right. i like to call it that Oh **** feeling. what you need to do i to make sure you make an appt with you primary care MD. reason why im saying that is because, the anxiety attacks that your having can become really serious. it sucks to live with it and when it does happen again you need to try and calm your self down and close your eyes. Dont do anything that might hurt you: like taking someone elses meds for anxiety or chest pressure problems. consult with your doctor and make sure your keeping it under control. cause anxiety attacks will come up once in a blue moon. so dont panic and just relax. try and make sure that your not to stressed out with things going on in your life. take it easy. anyways i hope my advice helped ya. i see a lot of it at my job, so you will be just fine. trust me. take care and best wishes.

An anxiety attack is when you freak out. You get very scared and start sweating and, in my case, you can't breathe properly. It usually happens when you are under lots of stress. They can be scary! If you have a lot on your shoulders, you can crack and tada! An anxiety attack. Another word for anxiety attack is panic attack. Anxiety attacks also come with a fast beating heart, sick to your stomach, feeling scared, dizziness, hot flashes or sudden chills, headache, and chest pains. You can start to tremble and shake. They come on quickly, and you may not know why. It's very intense. You'll know when you get one.
