What is inside zits?!

Question: whats the stuff you pop out of it?

Answers: whats the stuff you pop out of it?

A zit or pimple happens when oil and skin cells get blocked up together behind the skin pore that the oil is normally supposed to flow out of. The oil and skin cells are joined by bacteria, and as the mass grows it irritates the surrounding tissue, and white blood cells arrive to fight the bacteria. So the goo that comes out is thickened oil, skin cells, bacteria, and white blood cells. Dermatologists sometimes advise against squeezing pimples because it can irritate the skin more and cause other problems, but not all are so absolute about it. If you must squeeze them, you should first wash the area, put a hot moist compress on it to soften the oil and open the pore, and press as gently as possible to squeeze out the oil. The pimple won't go all the way down at first because the skin in the area is inflamed and swollen, so don't force it. After you squeeze it out, wash the area again or swab with alcohol to kill the bacteria that came out from inside.
