Well, I would like to say that its not worth risking it by not seeing a doctor. If you go see a doctor you can say, "Wow, I'm glad I caught that" or "Well, it was nothing, but now I know for sure."
Just go to a doctor cause people on here aren't doctors.
I would think if it is racing or beating fast when you are doing nothing that could mean something
pain could be something also
if you are under 18 ask your parents about seeing a doctor
if over 18 see a doctor
If your heart races when you are at rest there is a chance that you have atrial flutter, you must tell your parents and go to the Doctor right away.
Eat less animal fat like hamburger, cheese & eggs. Diet.
