He might be having a heart attack!!! Get him to the hospital as soon as possible.

I would not rule out a heart issue but most people who do have heart attacks complain of chest pain in the middle ,between the breast. The location he is describing is also where your gallbladder is located . a gallbladder attack is VERY painful. Tell your husband to find his breast bone and go about 5 inches over under his right rib. Then push in a upward motion (under the rib) if the pain intensify chances are its a gallbladder. i would still go to the Er to have this checked.
When you have chest pain you do not wait 45 minutes and then go on-line to ask if it's a heart attack. That 48 minutes lost can cost your or your husband's life. IF YOU HAVE CHEST PAIN, YOU GO TO ER IMMEDIATELY NO MATTER WHAT. If you are having a heart attack, you have max one hour from the onset of pain to get to ER, get seen by a doctor, tested, diagnosed, and medicated to have chance at all of stopping the heart attack, and potentially saving your life. You just gave up your chance at potentially stopping a heart attack in progress. The fact that he's burping now does NOT mean he did not have a heart attack. Many people are nauseous and throw up during a heart attack. He may have just had gas, but it's much safer and wiser to err on the side of caution and go to the emergency room and just burp, than to sit at home and die of a heart attack while thinking you just need to burp. HE STILL NEEDS TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM RIGHT THIS MINUTE----RIGHT NOW CALL 911 AND GO TO ER. Next time do that immediately. Time is heart tissue and heart tissue is life. GO RIGHT NOW.
Acid reflux, heart attack would be indicated by numbness/pain in left arm and pain where the heart is, which is located just left center of the sternum,( Center of chest ), Gastric problems like this occur when one has had to much to eat or has eaten something the body doesn't agree with anymore and the stomach acids react severely. Go to the hospital just to be sure there are no other problems, but it is NOT a heart attack
QUIT messin around!!! take him to the doctor's office for physical with blood draws as well.

Why in the world would you be on here instead of dialing 911 when your husband thinks he is having a heart attack!!! Unbelievable! You should have been giving him 1 adult aspirin and calling 911!! Not coming on here for advice!
I really hope you have already called for an ambulance or at the hospital by now.
