How do I Help Dry, Blotchy Skin?!

Question: So i am 14 years old, and I have extremely dry skin.
When ever I use a cream, I get extremely red and blotchy. I can only use this one creme, but it is from Albania, and it is extremely expensive to import. The cream feels and looks sorta of like vasaline. I need something else to use so I dont have to go around with red blotchy skin.

any suggestions?

CeraVe Cream, CeraVe wash. Available in a one pound jar of cream in many/most drug stores. It has ceramides in it that most people with dry, blotchy skin are lacking. It costs around $11 and works. It will lock moisture in for 24 hours and is not greasy. It is hypoallergenic and so will not irritate even the most sensitive of skin. Highly recommended by dermatologists and very effective. Make sure you are using a humidifier where you sleep, using hypoallergenic products to wash both your body and your clothing/bedding as well. Drink plenty of fluids. Vaseline and other moisturizers work best after a bath or shower, after you have patted dry. Just do not use vaseline or other oils on your face, as they will clog pores. The CeraVe will not. It works. You will like it.
