Does anyone know where the T4 vertebral body is located (on the brain)?!

Question: I have an old MRI and I am trying to understand it since the doctors obviously do not know anything around here and avoid all the findings. There are a few things, but the one states this and I do not know where the location is and what it might mean:
There is a well cirunscribed round lesion measuring 1.3 cm in the T4 vertebral body. This is high signal on T1 intermediate on proton density and iso-intense on T2.

Thank you ahead of time. If you have a website you found the answer on, can you paste it to your answer?

You have a lesion on your vertebral column (the thick round portion of your vertebra) about heart level. The lesion is on your spine not your brain.

I hope your Dr followed up with a Bone Scan since the spine is involved, rapid diagnosis is needed. Please note the written report would have been included with your scan results from the Radiologist, so actually your Dr. would have a diagnosis already. You should call your Dr. asap & see what test should be scheduled next or what the report said. Good luck!

Here's some diagrams to check out, for a better understanding of where the lesion is located on your spine:
