My 14 Year Old Son Has A Lump Under His Nipple !?!
Question: Last night my son told me he has a lump under his right nipple, he says its a little painful. It has been there since Saturday.
We have appointment to see the gp this afternoon, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this with their teenage children.
Ive read that it can be hormones.
I would appreciate some advice.

The worst case scenario: Male breast cancer isn't unheard of although rare. In his age category, I wouldn't worry.
I had this for one summer, was worried, I was older. It was simply glands and hormones and, it went away as fast as it came.

It maybe a cyst, as i have one on my right breast. And I am a female. I had a cyst in my right ovary which ended up bursting which was very painful but before it burst it was very painfull. I hope all goes well.
