Im confused.?!


Question: I went to the doctors today to get a physical and they looked at my urine and said it looks 'extremely concentrated', but they didn't elaborate on it so i guess it's not a big deal but what does extremely concentrated mean?

It means that you are not drinking enough water. It is like anything else that is not diluted.
it just means that your urine is cloudy.
Lots of protein that could indicate you have a kidney infection. Nothing to worry about.
