I have the same thing going on in my school!
In 5th Period Social Studies, there were11 absent or checked out. So that left like 8 people in class.
I would continue washing your hands, but try to avoid GermX
, a little is fine. But when you use to much it weakens the immune system, becasue the immune system "thinks" there is something to protect it everyday. Then it weakens becasue you keep using it. Then once you stop using GermX there is nothiung to protect you from germs.

- Keep washing hands
- Shower everyday
- Wash your clothes (The germs stick onto the clothing)
- Eat your vitamins
- Fruits and Veggies!
- Orange Juice
- Use the 1st stall of a bathroom (They are the cleanest)
- Your desk at home is dirtier than the toilet seat
(mainly the phone, dinsenfect)
- Use the disenfectant wipes for your shopping cart

Hope this helps!

The absolute best way to avoid the flu is to avoid touching others with it, sharing and drinks or food, and to wash your hands constantly. The influenza virus is also airborne, which means when expelled, it can travel through the air (like when someone sneezes). You really should eat more fruits and veggies as they boost your immunities against foreign viruses and bacteria.
