See a Dr. Are your symptoms relieved by eating?

Hypoglycemia refers to low blood sugar. A lot of ppl have this condition. Irritablilty and weakness are common symptoms.

Helped by eating at least 6 times a day and avoiding sugar and refined carbs.

You sound like you could be diabetic, go see the Dr.

Low blood sugar. It's controlled by diet. But you have to be very careful, if you truly have low blood sugar it can be more dangerous then hyperglycemia ( diabetes) Symptoms include, dizziness, headache, vomiting if you don't eat, *******Altered mental status, (appearing drunk, and often mistaken for drunk by law enforcement) can possibly fall into a coma and possibly lead to death on the more serious end of the scale. See a Doctor, and get a medical ID badge, or bracelet in case you pass out some where, so people will know you have this condition, if in fact you do have this condition.

It sounds like you have low blood sugar like me. If I go too long with out eating, especially now that I'm pregnant, my sugar drops. I get light headed, shaky, a headache, and my vision blurs. Sometimes I even feel like I'm going to be sick. As soon as I eat something it goes away. You should definatly see your doctor about this to rule out any other health problem. I find that drinking a glass of juice or a high protien snack helps alot when my sugar drops. Also try to stay away from high sugar foods like lots of candy. I love a piece here and there. But if you over do it your blood sugar will rapidly rise and then very rapidly crash. I learned the hard way how awful that can be. I'm lucky to not be diabettic. See your doctor soon and take control of your diet.
