If the product is causing a reaction to happen you should contact your dermatologist, generally products with perfumes are never good for problematic skin, your face is very sensitive, there are good lotions for your face that are for sensitive skin such as avene and oil of olay which are dermatologist suggested and work really well, I suggest not washing your face with any harsh soaps either or anything with perfume. Sounds like hives-- perhaps an allergic reaction.
So stop putting anything on it.
