the same thing happened to me when i moved into new york city. all of a sudden, i got breakouts like crazy cuz the air was so bad. it could also happen if you changed your hairstyle to one with bangs and it could also happen if you changed the shampoo or conditioner that you use. think about what could be touching your forehead. remove that and you should be okay.

in any case, wash your face every morning with exfoliating deep cleanser to clear out the oil and the bacteria that's growing there and whatever's covering your pores.

then put on salicylic acid and benzoly peroxide like Oxy 10, Proactiv solution, or clean and clear. the best one is oxy 10. it could irritate some people's skin. if it does, then put it on and wait 10 minutes and then wash it off. it should be safe then. avoid sensitive areas like eye area and dry areas like cheeks. salicylic acid takes much longer for it to work cuz it's less strong, but proactiv and clean and clear are good too. it just takes like one month instead of 3 days.

then put on oil-free moisterizer to seal your face and keep out the germs.

repeat every morning and every night. your skin should clear up in the first three days. if not, keep doing it until it does.

to keep yourself good from the inside out, drink lots of water.

1. DON'T TOUCH! I always have the urge to touch and scratch and it's the absolute worst you can do for your skin.
2. Open up your forehead: if you got bangs, lose 'em. Hair covering pimples makes them worse by retaining dirt underneath. Acne = bacteria. No bacteria = no acne.
3. Cleanse well. You don't need anything super crazy fancy for $80 a bottle. Just a soft soap that cleans well. I used to use Clearasil but it's too harsh. A good soap is by Bior
