Listen, there is no poit to fight for it now, not even get divorce. Now is the most important time to u guys to stay together.
Don't fight, just try to understand eachother.
Ufortunately, I've found out I had herpes in a middle of my realtionship. You know what he he did when I've told him? Left me. Even when we were having sex with condom, for the whole relation. U are locky, that u still have a husband. Now, no metter who gave to who...just deal together with the problem. Plus it will make u guys be closer.

Herpes can be latent (meaning that you have had the virus for years and you just haven't had an outbreak). This means that you may have gotten it before you met your husband. Another possibility is that he has the virus, and did give it to you, but he has never had an outbreak, so he doesn't know he has it.
Herpes is very tricky, and is also an opportunistic infection. You are more likely to have an outbreak during times of stress and fatigue. Stay healthy, don't smoke, and know that there are medications out there to help.

Has he ever been tested for it? If he hasn't, he may either not have an outbreak,or not know what the outbreak is. Or, if he isn't your first partner, you could have gotten it before you met him and either didn't realize what it was, or didn't have a break out until after you met.
just because he said so doesn't necisarally mean that he doesn't. if he wasn't tested how could u know for sure. he could be a carrier and never show symptoms or out breaks.
