i don't know why you would want to, but you should weaken your immune system, by taking a cold shower then standing outside or rubbing ice on your body. Stay away from foods high in vitamin C, like oranges. You also need to be expossed to the virus. Practice bad hygene habits like not brushing your teeth, and not using soap when you shower. But there is still only a small chance that you will catch something. But good luck

But basically, you have to be exposed to the virus, which (unless you have access to a lab) means getting near someone who has it . . . .
