Use a strong aloe vera gel, it needs to have at least 99% aloe in it to work well though

i dont think you can prevent it or cure it! i suppose you could cover up in the heat to try and stop having a reaction. I get it when i am on holiday. I take antihistamine tablets it doesnt stop the rash but they take away the itching. I would consult your doctor or a pharmasist before taking any tablets first though. This is just my own experiance, everyone reacts to different things in different ways.

Try to keep your skin dry. Wash frequently, dry yourself well, and put on powder. And obviously, if you can do something to keep yourself cooler, do that.
