Take a Zinc supplement (and a good multivit if you can get one), excellent for healing.
Stop using harsh chemical products on your skin, but cleanse in the shower with a chemical free shower gel (faith in nature do some good fairly cheap ones) and then spray on a toner. Dr Hauschka do one called Clarifying toner, or Perfect Potion do a couple, either nurture or purify are good. www.skinnutrition.co.uk Never ever be tempted to pick or you'll wear the scars. Hope this helps.
oooh! I found that cutting out dairy products helped my skin on my back hugely, and wearing cotton based t-shirts.

I dont have acne but I think you need to go to the doctors and he will give you some kind of anti biotics. they take a while to work but its worth it in the end.

No I don't but use a good exfoliator when you are in the bath/shower and make sure you rinse all the bubbles off.

my son had that problem. i bought him neutrogena acne body wash. it seems to help. but after a while i wound up taking him to a dermatologist. i suggest trying the body wash but the dermatologist is your best bet.

try joining a gym and using the steam room and sauna they both help to clear pores and it did work on me it takes a couple of visits but you should get there

I have this problem also i resently had a bad outbreak on my chest 2 days ago. i use Arbonne body care kit it is just a skin serum and lotion but this stuff really works because today its is not even noticable. and arbonne also has a clear advantage acne line.
