AH help diareaha?!

Question: ok well im in china and have had diareaha for the past 3 days i cant stop it ahhhhh lol really though what do i need to eat or do, HELP!! umm also no peptobismol around where im staying =/

If you can, drink sips of gatorade. Then start eating small amounts of plain rice.

get out of china asap. go to drugstore and ask for midol. someone can help you . drink apple juice

eat some cheese
