I accidently inhaled mold spores, what should I do to minimize health risks?!

Question: After leaving some beans in the fridge for too long, they started growing some serious mold. Not thinking, I throw it down the garbage disposal. When I turned it on, I could feel and smell the spores in the air. Once I noticed, I felt like I had inhaled enough spores to last me my whole life.

Any suggestions on what to do to minimize health risks?

as long as you feel alright now you should be ok. Mold is everywhere its like pollen. You should take special care with red or black mold though. Problems with mold inhalation usually take some time unless its just some unusually nasy stuff. In the future use bleach on mold before handling it or cleaning and if you put something in the disposal just run water over it and cover your face
