This is crybaby again, 43 years old and doctors are still trying to figure my he!
Question: i just wanted to ad a few more things of my syntoms. I have noticed these big knots in the back of my legs behind the knee area and the are also coming up in the bend of my arm and at the wrest. One doctor says that it is fat since i have put on weight and another says that it is fibromyalgia. i am 5'6 and weight 187 pounds and i have never been this big not even when i was pregnant. my size before was 135 to 145 lbs. And the more i try to lose the more i gain. I get very confused at times and dont know what i am doing, i have had a mini stroke about 4 years ago but the doctors have done a mri and find nothing. as to my near death experience as i mentioned be for were due to severe anifletic[spelling may be wrong]shock due to beef and asprin. during those times my system shut down completely and was shocked back to life. Thank you all for your time and if you can help me find the answer it would mean so much. I have four kids and they really need me. thank you so much for your time.

This might be a bad place to ask serious medical questions, but sometimes people luck out.
The shock of almost dying very often triggers post-traumatic stress disorder. Your current symptoms are typical of ptsd. Here is a ptsd website that mentions most of the symptoms you describe:
