Since giving birth to my son my voice became horse . What bothers me is the hors!

Question: since giving birth to my son my voice became horse and no pain what so ever on my throat . But what bothers me is the horseness people think i am a man i dont drink nor smoke. Its worse on the phone what can i do?

Did you have a c-section? If so, this may be due to surgical intubation and damage or inflammation of your vocal cords. If not, check with your OB/GYN.
