Tonsil crypts suck and there is really is no easy way to get rid of them. If it bothers you a lot you can get your tonsils out. I've also heard that there is a laser procedure that can smooth out your tonsils so that you don't have the crypts anymore. You might try using a water pick on your tonsils daily. Whatever you do, don't push and pick at them too much; This can cause tissue damage and blisters, trust me it hurts. Good luck!
