Question: Umm the cleanser says appply to DAMP face...does this mean a wet face or what?

what the best way

take a wet cloth and put it in your face then do the renewing cleanser or splash your face once then put on the renewing cleanser?

or what do you do?

how many times a day should you use the daily oil control and the oil free moisture?(the moisturizer)

Damp face just means that your face is wet ( like rinse your face with water then put the solution on) i dont know about the daily oil control though...
