Become an organ donor then why you die they will take your organs. You cant sell body parts unless you go to some third world country's, but since you have know money to get there, you will have to figure out another way to get some money.
You cant sell ya kidney, its illegal, i gave one away to a friend who was DYING..to know you have saved ones life is a far better high than having the money..try selling your material things for money, ya car if you have one and catch the bus, your TV and then read a book, things you have in your cupboards and in the shed..sell them not ya insides!
