try peroxide. or go to the pharmacy they should offer help on what you can use.
what i use for red spot is the anew vitamin C that is really good all you have to use is a very minimal amount and massage it gently in your face and you will see the reasults after a cuple of weeks, and acne.. look for vivo per lei it is very good cuz it gets to your 7th layer of the skin and leaves your face a lil oily after u wash it which again u have to massage it after u dry ur face I LOVE IT!
