Is the itching actually inside your vagina or the inside part of the outer labia (vulva)? or from where you pee (urethra sp?)

First up - Pinetarsol is very good to help with itching in that area.

Could be thrush/Candida, often accompanied by a white discharge sometimes like cottage cheese.

I don't know what you can by over the counter. Here we can by an oral tablet called Diflucan and it will fix it in 3 days, but I don't know if it ok to take it while pregnant.

Canesten cream is good and you can use it while pregnant - but my doc told me not to use the applicator but to do it by hand as the applicator was not a good idea while prenant.

Make sure you have a diet that includes yohgurt with acidofolus - and get some capsules or powder of live acidofolus and take the dosage on the bottle - if it is thrush this will help prevent reaccurence. Also wash and double rinse your undies - DO NOT USE SOAP on your vulva/vagina area - use only water.

Burning can indicate a Urinary tract infection - and you should try Ural - or speak to your pharmacist about it to see what they sell where you are.

If none of these work, it could be something more sinister and you should see your GP if symptoms persist past 1 week... hell I'd go sooner myself - can't stand an itchy crotch.

Sorry I can't help anymore, but I know you don't want to go to your GP - and yet that is the best advice I can give you.

Call your doctor!

u need to go to the DOCTOR...that s not normal especially when you used something to make it get better...please visit a doctor especially under your condition :)

Get the loofa going on it and make sure you get right in there.

omg im going through the same, i dont know what to do, i jsut want my baby to be ok.

you should not use thiis cream as iit iiriitates the skiin leaviing iit read and sore. also iif you wiish to get riid of excess haiir try shaviing or goiing to the chemiist or local shoppiing center and look at the creams they offer to see iif you can use iit on that certaiin area good luck and good luck to your new born baby hope everything goes well for you:D

sea water
of if u away from the sea
just mix some water with salt and everything will be ok
but remmeber never scratch it
its not good

Without an physical examination from a professional, you`re have to rely on your own knowledge to solve this problem. The fact you ask this question suggests that your knowledge is insufficient in this particular matter, and it is difficult to make an accurate diagnosis on - line.
As you are pregnant too, I really recommend going to a GP. They are professional, discreet, sworn to secrecy, and will probably be able to clear up whatever it is quicker than you would be able to by guessing on your own.
I hope you get things worked out. Good luck with your baby.

Sounds like thrush. Go to your pharmacist and he will be able to tell you if you are ok to use the canestan pessary and tablet during your pregnancy.

if it is thrush use live yoghurt releives the itching and clears up remember to put it ouside the vagina,my mate had it once and like an idiot she put it inside and that was just nasty

I am a doctor,,
u don;t mention what kind of cream u put , but it may be an allergic reaction to the cream while an additional bacterial infection cannot be excluded,,,
u say u had itching and burning before u put the cream , so maybe there was already a bacterial infection underlying or an allergic reaction if u had put another cream there before,,
Do not put whatever any other cream there, wash well with soap only or better any antibacterial appropriate product and if your symptoms remain for more than a day, visit urgently your doctor for an appropriate therapy, only saying this because u said u don't want to visit your doctor,
BUT the best thing to do is to visit him/her at once for a proper therapy,,, whatever infection u might have, must not be dealt with neglect because u are pregnant and an untreated vaginal infection can be srpead into the uterus and baby ,,,

Why oh WHY do you ladies come on here asking for advice on things like this when you're pregnant? Common sense should tell you to go to the doctor's surgery and have it looked at by a professional ! ! !

ms. use ultimate wash for women.. like PhCare.. and avoid to scratch it because it worsen and it can cause stretch to you.. believe me...
