If you're dehydrated or think you are (not urinating, headache, dry mouth, cracked lips, etc) then you need to get to the hospital, as dehydration is serious and can come freom diarrhea and vomiting. If you feel like you can cope with this until you can see your doctor, then do so, but if you don't feel like you can handle it, then you need to go see someone more urgently
Well, it depends on how long you've been feeling this way. If you've got a fever and the shivers as well, you've probably got a bad case of the flu, and the best way to take care of that is to drink lots of fluids and to rest.
If it's been more than a week, I'd go to the doctor, just to be safe.
