Recent studies have found that cinnamon may have a beneficial effect on blood sugar.

One of the first human studies was published in 2003 in a medical journal called Diabetes Care. Sixty people with type 2 diabetes took 1, 3, or 6 grams of cinnamon in pill form daily, an amount roughly equivalent to one quarter of a teaspoon to 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

After 40 days, all 3 amounts of cinnamon reduced fasting blood glucose by 18 to 29%, triglycerides by 23 to 30%, LDL cholesterol by 7 to 27%, and total cholesterol by 12 to 26%.

i heard thats true but not sure

From what i have read , yes.

If there's no independent research on the subject, DON'T BELIEVE IT!

yes

it can help with bed wetting

uhh

YES YES YES, it is totally true. I have 1 tablespoon of cinnamon a day to help me out. It works!

Plus I also add 1 table spoon of Apple Vinegar to my daily intake, together they work magic

yup, that's the good stuff. all natural and no preservatives...don't over-do it though..

I have a friend who has diabetes and he takes cinnamon and says that he is keeping his sugar under control but he checks his sugar twice a day

I'd say yes. I crave cinnamon. Diabetes runs in my family. It's like that one story about a boy who craved salt... was kept from salt... then died. His body told him what he needed. And some little kids crave ants... there's something in the shell that they need? Plus I've read and heard things about cinnamon helping blood sugar levels. Use google.com "cinnamon blood sugar" it isn't hard to find articles supporting it.

Absolutely. In fact, eating a teaspoon of straight cinnamon will completely cleanse your bloodstream and bowels and will aid in weight loss.

Be sure to videotape your experience with this and post it on YouTube for......medical documentation.

There are a few studies out there to support cinnamon as a controlling agent for blood glucose but there are a few studies that also show that it has to effect. I personally say give it a try, if anything you'll have nice cinnamony breath:-)

Gotten some good press lately as a benefit to ppl with adult onset diabetes(type 2). I add a good helping to my morning oatmeal for taste and to cover my bases, even tho I don't have diabetes. Jury is still out on health benefits.

Check the link for good article.

i take xymogen cinndromeX and it definitely helps, what helps the most though is iv hydrogen peroxide(oxidation) it lowers your blood sugar and blood pressure, plus many other good things. with the hydrogen peroxide though you must go to a certified and trusted person.

I read a recent article that said no. But if you want to try it anyway, it's not going to hurt you, so why not?
