hi lindser, i am a female crohn's survivor like yourself. It is a well known fact that women who have Crohn's tend to have hormonal flares right before and during their cycle.
The Crohn's & Colitis foundation of america has a site w/information regarding women's issues esp. pms. They have a hotline as well as a live chat that is run by healthcare professionals during the week. You can even locate a local support chapter near you so you can meet others like yourself.

A lot of women do, and they do not have Chrohns. But I imagine your stomach pains must be unbearable...See a doctor. Maybe he can prescribe something
hi i got crohns when i was 10 years old and therefore didnt get my period until i was 15 so i've only had it for a year now but i do experience symptoms very similar to those. i am not sure if this is crohns related though
