from your skin, yes really it stretches and when and if you lose
you will have very saggy skin
and it effects your heart puts alot of strain on it and
your cholecterol
blood pressure
your joints like knees and ankles
your mental outlook a lot of ppl are depressed when they are obese, they may not show it but they are
your hair and fingernails and not effected and that is about it
every system of the body is stressed
and it takes years of your life
