Doc said it's asthma... I think it's COPD?!
Question: I cough up clear to white phlem constantly...
I cough for as much as 4 hours straight.
I black out coughing.
Inhalers don't help. It makes me worse.
I am soooo sick!
I need someone with experience to enlighten me.
I've even been tested for Primary Immuno deffiencincy.
I'm going in tomorrow to have them check me for Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
I need advice... Please!

While they are at it, have them check you for low blood sugar or high insulin production. If this is present, it can aggravate allergies or asthma, or can mimic other conditions. My husband was found to be gluten intolerant (celiac/sprue). It has nothing to do with low blood sugar or high insulin, but his coughing problem improved tremendously.
It could be both together.

IT could be both cough all the time too and getting somt of the same simptoms ask ur doctor for a nebulizer my inhalers not helping my asthma either but time to see a new doctore for more advice. did u do a lung function test thanks chad
Your doctor is either right or wrong. If you don't believe her, go for a second opinion.
