Go down to Walmart or any other fav discount store and buy an assortment of foot tools. Some are fine and some are course, some with handle and some without. Then experiment, put a towel down and grind your heels down, dry works better sometimes. but get rid of all that build up. Then use emu oil to keep them soft. But you will need to file your feet regularly. I do My honey's for her about every 2 weeks.

Peppermint foot cream from Bath & Body Works.

you can buy cracked heels remedy in the drug store
put socks on over top while it absorbs

soak them in hot soapy water then use a heel file and file the dead skin away (not to the point it hurts) then put good lotion (they make foot lotion) on your feet. Also if you put the lotion on then socks if you can stand it wear the socks with the lotion all night. Do this a few nights in a row and you will be fine.

i would try putting putroluim jelly on your heels then putting socks on and sleeping with them on or try this stuff that comes in a little green box tin it works really good

i have tried just about everything on the market for this problem. what i found that really works is vicks vapor rub. soak your feet in warm water dry them and rub the vicks on then put on cotton socks . this works in just a couple of days.

I have the same problem..get some body butter it should run you about $12-13. Before bedtime, put alot (I mean ALOT) on your feet, & put socks on, then in the morning, your feet should be sooooo soft. Repeat this at least 3-4 times a week. You should see results immediately.
