Coughing up strange stuff?!
Question: This only happened once, and I don't know what it is. Anyway, I coughed up clear white phlegm, but there were like very small, 2 millimetre, of strange hard, stone like rock. They were red and solid. What are they?

Maybe some irritation in your airway caused a couple of clots. There really isn't cause for concern unless it gets worse or becomes copious amounts of bright, red blood.
It could mean that you're body's fighting infection in your lower airways and your natural defenses have kicked in and are combatting the disease. Contact your doctor if it gets more prolific.

I would call a doctor on that, especially if you are a smoker.
If it happens again, I would save the phlegm in distilled water so you can take it to the Dr. for identification. Gross, I know, but without seeing first hand what you are talking about, even the best Dr. would have trouble telling you what it is.
Sounds like what I have...it turned out to be bronchitis. Anyways go to the doctor and explain to them what is going on and like the other guy said it might be really gross but its easier to be able to show the doctor what you are talking about rather than trying to explain it.
