It is always scary to find bumps or lumps anywhere in/on our body. The first conclusion I jump to is - skin cancer!
You need to go to your primary care physician. He/she will be able to tell a lot by looking, but the doctor can also do a biopsy (test a small piece of the bump) to make sure it is not serious.

could be new moles (change in skin pigmentation due to sun exposure) have you recently been sunburnt?
more then most likly nothing to worry about
