Yes. Anyone can get it at pretty much any age even younger than 20. The risk factors increase with age, and certain other factors for women - eg a woman who has had children and breastfed is less likely to develope breast cancer.

Getting it as young as 20 is very rare, but if it is in the family especially immediate family ie mother/sister the chances of someone developing it at a young age increase.

Thoughrisk factors raise the risks, any cancer can probably be caught at any time. Most, though, are most likely to happen later in life once we've been exposed to the environment, stress, and hormones from food in society.
