Could be strep throat. Do go to the doctor; strep is not fun, and, left untreated, could spread internally.
If you are prescribed medicine, take the full recommended course of treatment, though you may feel better after just a day or two.

thats dangerous...you have teared tour tonsil membrane..
it can be a cause of chronic tonsilitis
today is my viva in ENT(ear nose throat ward)teacher asked me what are the indications of tonsillectomy(surgical removal of tonsils)
1-if you got tonsilitis 2 times in 3 moths
or2-if you got tonsilitis 7 times in 1 year
or3- if you got tonsilitis 10 times in 2 years..
as you can see you have 2 times tonsilitis in 2 months..
if you take of oral hygiene and still getting tonsilitis so for surgery...
