You are an alien. No doubt.

Yes. It's normal.

I would tell your doctor.

It is normal for skin to turn purple/ bluish when cold. It could be a circulation problem. You are probably very skinny or pretty overweight. It shouldn't be harmful.

That happens to my hands. It's somewhat normal.

how do you know its not due to poor circulation? thats what happens when you get cold. Cold slows circulation.

Does your body swell up, too? Maybe you are greedy, like Violet Beauregarde.

You could possibly have an iron defficency, but I would definitely see my doctor.

It has to be to a lack of circulation. Everyone does it. It's very normal. But if you're too worried about it, ask your parents or guardian and they will let you know. If you are all unsure, then you could always go see a doctor.

When your body gets cold, your body's natural order is to protect the most vital of your organs. The skin is not the most vital when you are extrememly cold. You experience not only vasoconstriction which is a narrowing of your blood vessels but in addition your blood supply will retreat from the surface to more visceral organs, i.e. liver, kidneys, heart. As such your skin will experience ischemia which is a lack of oxygen from decreased perfusion. Any time you have ischemia to skin or extremeties you will have a blue or purpilish tint to the skin.

well that happened to my frend and it was because all the veins in her lag had burst and she was rushed to hospital and she was in a coma for 3 days but don't worry im sure you will be fine :)

it is due to the lack of cirrculation, take multi-vitamins
and vitamin B and drink more grape juice/water etc
or just wear more warm clothes

low blood circulation
