Flesh-toned kind of bump?!

Question: I have a small, whitish, fleshy-coloured little bump near the pubic bone. When I say the pubic bone, I mean it is nowhere near the interior of my vagina.. but more rather, up top where you shave most. There's only one and it doesn't hurt or itch and I just noticed it. It kinda moves back and forth like a loose piece of skin( a very small loose piece of skin) I mean, I could push it down and it will flatten or move side to side. It's hard to explain. It does not look like a wart and it is not hard. What could it be? There is a hair follicle in the centre as well but it doesn't look like an ingrown hair. It actually feels quite soft. I have an appointment with the Gyno next week but I'd just like a heads up to see if I should let them know that it's worrying me.
Also, I don't think it is a skin tag because it doesn't bubble out or anything, and like I said, it is not hard. It barely surfaces from my skin.

I would take some tweezers *sp?* and pull out the hair. It could just be a hair bump.
