What is the best natural thing to do to get rid of a head lice?!

Question: Not much in the "natural" area. In the "old days" people used the brown lye soap to rid themselves of this pestilence.
My Grandma made it and sold it. I would go to the pharmacy and get the lice treatment.

You see, the "nit" or, lice eggs, have special properties that allow themselves to adhere to the roots of the hair follicles. It's next to impossible to "wash " them out. Every so many weeks, you've got babies.

Do not share brushes, combs, even clothing, the lice will fall onto your clothes and ? good luck.

get rid of hairs..means shave it

The natural thing to do would be to shave your hair off or use grease to kill them. A lice comb would also be useful if you feel averse to shaving your head.

by your avatar i think you got it figured out

tea tree oil!

there are medications available at your drug store. ask your druggist for any additional info.

cover head completely in mayo (to suffocate them) then rinse out. pour vinegar over hair ( to losen eggs, nits) and use a small teethed comb to very thoroughly comb/pick out eggs and dead louse. may take a couple hrs for long hair... boys who contract it best thing to do is have head!
Make sure to clean environment too as well or it was all 4 nothing

use permethrin shampoo. you can buy this to any drug store

Buy a : head lice comb

Some conditioner

And put the conditioner, in your hair and very slowly comb through your hair - you should see nits afterwards - when you get out of the bath! - if you have any

(Thats a "bug check")

shaving off your hair would be the most natural thing to get rid of lice
you wouldnt need to wash your hair everyday too!
