Does anyone have a pilonial cyst?!

Question: I have a had my cyst for about 2 years now...Been to the dr said the only way to get rid of it was surgery. I cant afford to have surgery or be off work. I have tryed cayenne pepper with no luck does anyone else no what to put on it to make it go away?!?!?!?

Yeah, just sprinkle a bit of pepper on there. Those cysts aren't Mexican, they don't like any spicy additions.
