What causes big pimples on weird places like, legs, bottom, back?!
Question: my hubby ever since ive known him, has always gotten big pimples in these areas,,, rarely on his face, [where most people get them most]
he dosent smoke, dosent drink, dosent take drugs, dosent eat junk food or chocolate
drinks gallons of water a day, eats very healthy
the only thing im thinking that could cause them are sweat??? cos he sweats alot at the gym almost everyday, would sweating cause big pimples in random places on the body? xxxxxxxxxxxx

if they are big they may be more like boils then pimples and they will keep coming back unless you get the sac with the puss......i keep getting them on my head sometimes on my crotch and used to get them on my back but it has been a while since I had one there......
Yep. You already answered it...Sweat.
If he sponge bathes or takes a shower right after working out (or when he comes home from work) they should start to clear up!

P.S. Baby powder or talc applied in problem areas after he showers might help him through the day!
I had a pimple under my arm the other day. I woke up and it was SO SORE!! I went and had a look at it, ewww gross!! It was like a super pimple!
It would be sweat. My man gets them lately, and he is always sweaty and gross! I make him shower morning and night. Also use powder, and a good quality deodorant. I bought about 30 until I found one that works for him.
