Can you advise me abt my allergies?!
Question: I have bad seasonal allergies and I also think its caused how my home heats up in winter, the heat doesnt blow into the bedroom directly. I have been waking up sick with allergies (sneezing, puffy eyes, itchy ears, very stuffed nose) for 2 weeks. I take singulair at night, clear out my nose in the morning, spray flonase, take a claritin for my itchy ears immediately, and if all fails I take a prescription decongestant Guaifenex (similar to mucinex). I cant be taking all these medications every day. sudafed helps but it makes me sleepy. Can someone suggest me if I need to ask my doctor abt allergy shots or humidifier or ionic breeze that would help with my home setting and my seasonal allergies. I dont know what to do? Does Zyrtec work? I hate to take shots because my budget is tight? If you think a humidifier/ionic breeze I want to know what type (kind) would be for a bedroom setting? I dont have food allergies and I keep a clean house so I dont know what to do.

I keep my humidifier going in my bedroom all winter...on the nights I've forgotten to turn it on the next morning...yuck.
