Please share your herpes treatments/therapies!?!
Question: I read on here last week that a guy was using rubbing alcohol to make his genital herpes outbreaks heal quickly....
I was feeling the PREsymptoms (leg cramping, tingling & itching at the usual outbreak spot)
and I have a little bottle of hand sanitizer in my purse. I thought '"well, it is mostly rubbing alcohol'" and I put it on the area that usually has an outbreak....about 4 times/day
My pre-symptoms stopped within a few hours and I did NOT have an outbreak.... I've never had anything work so well.... I expected it to break out & maybe heal quicker....but to not have an outbreak!!! AMAZING!
Anybody else got a strange or unusual treatment or therapy?
I've had genital herpes for over 20 years and Valtrex does not work for me (long long story) so any other advice y'all got would be helpful!!!

About Lysine and its impacts on herpes
Several years ago, the effect of L-Lysine against the herpes virus was noted in the test tube.
