Sore throats, coughs, and headaches are pretty much endemic to any infection-- that's because your body fights most illnesses by expelling things through mucous membranes and running a fever! It could be anything from a cold to a very serious infection, but it is impossible for anyone on this site, including a physician, to diagnose you properly. If it persists longer than a couple of days, or if you begin feeling worse in a short period of time, see a physician.
sounds like flu to me. go to the doctors to make sure though.
