Put a pea sized amount of toothpaste on it and it will reduce it's redness and will draw out some of the oil. Wipe it off with warm water after 15 minutes.
Since you're a girl, use makeup, also try Clean & Clear pimple cream.
sounds strange but the old budget put toothpaste on it over night always worked to dyr mine up... try it.. should work fine

Yeah, toothpaste does work if you don't have any other type of acne medication. Don't worry about school tomorrow, it's not like they've never gotten a zit or two in their life.
Ok, I know this sounds gross, but hemorrhoid cream works! I am not lying. Just like it does to the hemorrhoids, it will shrink the swelling and redness....
Maybe try that if the toothpaste doesn't work..... :)
Wear concealer. It's meant to cover up acne and help get rid of it. It's not that bad having a zit, i mean, i have it alot worse than you. Trust me, people have SEEN zits before, you're not alone.
And yeah, try the toothpaste thing. If it stings or irritates, just wash it off immedietly or else it'll get all red and look worse. Just don't pop the zit or else you'll get scars like me =]

take aleve, about every 4-6 hours, it is an anti-inflammatory.
don't pop or touch it.
apply visine every few hours to temporarily reduce the redness.
