Is body temperature 98.5 degrees considered "fever" in an adult?!


Question: No a normal adult temperature runs at 98.6 so you are still normal at a 98.5 degree temp. Anything over 100.0 I would consider a fever.

Considering that normal temperature is 98.6, how do you figure that you have a fever? I believe that 100 and up constitutes a fever.

98.6 is "considered" normal. I run 95.3 most of the time so for me it would be a low grade fever. If I get to 99 or over it wipes me out!
