Yes, it's absolutely possible to get a yeast infection in your belly button. Yeast looks for a warm, moist, dark place for the fungus to grow, and if you have a real inny, that's a perfect place. I know this because it has happened to me. Use Lotrymin or another athlete's foot cream. I followed the same directions as for athlete's foot and used a q-tip to make sure it got where it needed to go. It went away pretty quickly. Good luck!
