Well, for a non diabetic that's a fine blood sugar. If it runs in your family then maybe you should be tested just in case, or at least continue to monitor what you eat and what your sugars are so you wont have the same thing as your family. As far as gaining weight, thats a bit strange. Like I said maybe you should be tested, just to be on the safe side - continue to monitor your weight, diet, and sugars - if they continue to worsen see a doctor

Its kinda hard to tell. You haven't mentioned your age. But a normal blood sugar should be down near 100, and shouldn't climb more than 20 after eating...It sounds like you may be a type two diabetic, but to make sure plan a trip to your doctor

that's slightly high for a non-diabetic. You should have it checked out by a doctor.

If that's fasting, it's too high. Since you're family has a lot of diabetes, you should know the answer to this.

I would go to the drs to have an A1C test done personally. You mentioned symptoms of diabetes as well as it running in your family. As far as weight gain I am uncertain. I know a lot of diabetics lose weight before diagnosis. Thats an early sign of high blood sugar also.
